Guys, here is something that really matters, I mean REALLY. Help me to help Tiny Timmy to get to Washington DC. The video is dynamic, tough and hard-hitting.
Help me to help Timmy - see graphic and chip-in on the right. Timmy speaks for all of us about the tixic dangers of over the counter pet treatments. Don't DO them OK?

UPDATE on the Risk to Claudia's Home
* frantic typing at keyboard *
OK Guys I have an update on Claudia..............
She is one amazing lady and she is trying so hard, she loves her cats, loves her home and Has A Job. GOOD NEWS is she has been offered a full time job! BUT she still had to turn around some bills including one from the sewerage company that threatens a lien on her property before pay day. OK Read her update here and spread the word - please share and contribute.
Claudia has a job but they don't pay until you have worked some! She is doing so well, is nearly there - please read the chip in and help if you can. She needs to remove the risk of an expensive lien!!
OK some of you may know Claudia, I don't know her very well but @MrTibbsAP and a group of friends vouch for her bona fides which is good enough for me to I feel I must help. I grabbed a bit of the earlier history of the chip-in that says it all (see bottom of the post).
Claudia is blessed with having a roof over her head but not for much longer. Please, even $5 would help. Mum and I are donating now....
Believe me, Claudia is going FLAT OUT to find work, if you read the chip in you can see this. She is moving heaven and earth to get work, and she needs a break. If, like me, you want to donate the chip in is here.
Claudia speaks : I live in my childhood home with my 6 cats and I care for ferals. My garage is open to them 24/7. In a nutshell, lost mother in September (I was her full time caretaker and unemployed). Found low paying retail job over the holidays. Laid off in January. Found another low wage job as cashier at a grocery store and was helping elderly aunt in her home.........
Help me to help Claudia. her luck WILL improve, she needs our help to keep going until that blessed time.

First up in the most gorgeous Cat Faux Bearskin blankie ever from Nip and Bones. It looks super cosy in the pic and already has a 5* review from one happy customer. The rug is 100% synthetic fur and will give any setting a warm ambience. Each bearskin measures 23" L x 19.5" W and is handmade in Canada (I believe in shopping local, if you can, and Canada is local to the US - right ;-)
It really is super cute and not too expensive either. In fact, Mum has ordered me one and I can't wait. A review will surely follow, once I have put it to the snuggle test MOL!!

Aunty Little 'Un - No Fear
Aunty Little 'Un may be small but boy is she fierce! Us youngsters give her a lot of respect and although she isn't top cat (that's Aunty Peanut) she keeps us all in line.
Mum watches me carefully when I am near AuntyLittle 'Un as I only have the one half good eye and this lady has CLAWS! Wouldn't think it to look at her would you......

Financial Help for Anipals
* Tap tap - Ok we ready Mum. Ahem.... *
Deaf Animals is a blog page on my RSS feed. When a pet at risk comes up I Rt the post or I do a tweet of my own with the link. Mum and I try to pay-it-forward for being lucky in our own ways.
One really great post from Black Cats is this. I quote a small part of their text here
"With the economy, as it is, that is affecting everyone, which includes the animals in need of help. Many wonderful resources are listed to help the animals and they have been shared among the rescue community and pet owners."
You can see a long list of names/links that can help you. Most I think these are US based so if you know one anywhere else let me know and I will amend the post to include any outside US ones here and let Black Cat know too.
